Phew!
I must be doing something right, we made homemade pizza for dinner one evening and Harrison requested that we put meat, cheese and broccoli on the pizzas.
In fact, he was quite insistent upon it.
Who am I to complain about green on pizza, right?
He ate it all.

His Best Painted Face EVER!
His ONLY painted face - Ever.
He's never wanted his face painted before but that all changed on Friday at school. As I was meeting with someone to talk about photography for an event this {Monday} morning, people came running up to me telling me to grab my camera and come quick!
When I got down to the preschool yard, ready to take a picture of some cute child doing something cute, the teachers yelled for Harrison to come over to me.
This is who I was greeted by...
Eyes Open...
EyesClosed Open!?
One word.
Freaky.
What's your Best Shot this week?

Peek-a-Boo
This would make a great Wordless Wednesday post - only it's almost (literally) Friday.
I promise, I'll get back on track soon!
In the mean time, here's a peek at our new "sitting digs". (and the old one)
Oh, and have I mentioned lately he's almost four? If you were here in person, he would tell you, himself.
Daily.
Hourly.
{breathe, mama, breathe}

The Best Shot Before He Turns
Short and sweet today. He's about to turn four-years-old and I noticed MORE freckles on that cute little nose today.
He tells me every day now, "My head is four, my legs are four, my tummy is four..." but he has a month to go. I'm holding on to every day.
Can you believe it?
I can't.

WW - Then there was that day...
when he decided that blueberries and tomatoes go really well in Butternut Squash soup.
Apparently he was on to something because he ate the entire bowl of soup and asked for more.
Who knew?

First Date!
That's right. Harrison went on his first date - with our friend, Stephanie.
They saw Bolt at the $3 dollar theater and loved it; as Harrison came home and announced that he is changing Duke's name to Bolt so he can become a super-dog. After a quick check-in they put down the top to the convertible and went to the park.
Heck, the G.I.D. and I don't even have dates this good!
As for Duke? Harrison is still set on calling him Bolt. During dinner he went as far as telling Duke that he would give him a big, brown bone if Duke agreed to the name change.
What do you think?
Bolt-the-Dog?
Maybe we can just call him - Duke-the-Superdog.

Best Shot Monday - a big brother wanna-be
We met some friends at Disneyland on Friday and Harrison immediately took on the task of being a "big brother" to his little friend, Alton, who is as much of a fire cracker as Harrison ever was.
Harrison relates to that.
He also took Alton's hand several times to keep him near by and "out of danger".
Sweet boy.
He often says lately, "Mama, I want a little baby sister."
Umm. That ain't gonna happen folks, so don't even go there.
Go on over and see what Tracy is focused on this week.
